LotusCanyon is an online tool that helps users track their own progress paying down a specific debt they already hold, such as a credit card, personal loan, or medical bill. Users log the debt's starting balance and each payment they make, and the Services display that progress as a visual journey toward a zero balance. The Services are for personal tracking and motivational purposes only. LotusCanyon does not originate, purchase, service, or collect debt, does not offer debt consolidation or debt relief/settlement services, does not extend credit, and is not a bank, lender, loan servicer, or credit counseling agency.
LotusCanyon is not a financial advisor, credit counselor, debt relief provider, or lender, and nothing in the Services constitutes financial, credit, or legal advice. Progress visualizations are based solely on information the user enters and are not verified against any creditor or financial institution. Users remain solely responsible for making their actual payments directly to their creditors; LotusCanyon does not process, transmit, or hold any payment on the user's behalf.
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by LotusCanyon Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services without LotusCanyon's prior written consent.
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, we may send you account-related text messages, such as payment-logged confirmations or progress updates tied to your own account, or replies to a support request you initiated. These messages relate solely to your own account and are never promotional or marketing communications. Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel messages at any time, and reply HELP for assistance.
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Google Voice, Cellular One, Cellcom, Cellular South, Interop, and Clearsky. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LotusCanyon Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including any financial decisions made based on information within the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which LotusCanyon Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
LotusCanyon may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
